The Special Collections & Archives Department is located on the fourth level of the Athenaeum and is open to researchers 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. – 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, except for when the campus is closed. The Special Collections & Archives Department includes rare books, personal papers, photographs, the college archives, and other unique research materials. The collections support primary research in many disciplines including art and art history, dance, English, British and U.S. history, women’s studies, peace studies, and other areas of study. Students, faculty, and outside researchers are encouraged to explore our unique collections.
